How does online interior design work?+
You send a few photos and rough measurements of your room, and I guide you through what to capture. For the consultation and care-friendly services we also have a short video call. I then put together your plan, with colours, layout, mood board and a shopping list, and send it to you digitally to follow at your own pace.
What if I do not like it?+
The Room Refresh Pack includes a round of revisions, so we adjust things until they feel right for you. For the single services, I always check I have understood what you want before I start, and I am happy to talk anything through.
Which service should I pick?+
If you mainly need colour direction, start with the £65 Colour and Style Consultation. If furniture never seems to fit, the £75 Room Layout Plan is for you. The £150 Room Refresh Pack is the best value if you want a whole room sorted in one go. If you are not sure, send an enquiry and I will recommend one.
Do I need to live near you?+
No. Everything is done online, so I work with clients right across the UK. All you need is photos, measurements and, for the consultation and assessment, a quick video call. I am based in Dudley and work with a lot of homes around Birmingham, Wolverhampton and the wider West Midlands.
How quickly will I get my design?+
Usually within a few days of receiving your photos and brief. If you are working to a deadline, just say so when you enquire and I will let you know what is possible.
What is the Care-Friendly Room Assessment?+
It is a service designed to make a room safer and easier to live in, which is ideal for older family members or anyone with mobility or accessibility needs. Over a video call we look at safety, lighting, layout and colour, and I follow up with practical product suggestions.
