These terms cover the online interior design services provided by Interiors by T'mara. By booking a service you agree to them. Please read them alongside the privacy policy.
I offer fixed-price online design services, including the Colour and Style Consultation, the Room Layout Plan, the Care-Friendly Room Assessment and the Room Refresh Pack. Each service description on the website sets out what is included. All services are delivered remotely.
You order by sending an enquiry or selecting a service. I will confirm the price, what is included and how to pay before any work begins. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, and no work starts until your order is confirmed.
To deliver your design I rely on the photos, measurements and information you give me. The quality of the result depends on this being accurate, and I am not responsible for issues caused by incorrect measurements or missing detail.
Most plans are delivered within a few days of receiving everything I need. Timescales are estimates and can vary at busy periods. If you have a deadline, tell me before booking.
The Room Refresh Pack includes one round of revisions. Other services include the scope described on their page. Additional changes beyond what is included can be arranged for a further fee.
You may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking a service. If you ask me to begin work within that period, that right may be reduced or lost once the work is complete. If I have not yet started, I will refund you. Once a design has been delivered it cannot be refunded, as it has been made specifically for you.
Shopping lists may include links to third-party retailers. Prices and availability are outside my control, and some links may be affiliate links. You decide what to buy, and your purchases are between you and the retailer.
Your design is for your own personal use in your home. Please do not resell or redistribute it. I may use anonymised before and after images of completed work to promote the studio, and will always ask first if anything could identify you.
My services provide design advice and recommendations. Decisions about building work, electrics, structural changes and purchases remain yours, and you should use suitably qualified tradespeople where needed. I am not liable for costs arising from how advice is carried out.
