This policy explains what personal information Interiors by T'mara collects when you use this website or get in touch, how that information is used, and the choices you have. Interiors by T'mara is the data controller for the information you provide.
When you fill in the enquiry form, message me, or book a service, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, your location, details about your room or project, and anything else you choose to share. If the site uses analytics or advertising tools, basic technical data such as your device type and pages visited may also be collected.
I process your information either because you have asked me to provide a service, because it is in our mutual legitimate interest to respond to your enquiry, or because you have given consent, for example to optional cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
I never sell your information. It may be handled by trusted service providers that help run the business, such as email, payment or scheduling tools, and only for the purposes above. These providers are required to keep your data secure.
I keep enquiry and client information only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how it is used. To make a request, email interiors_by_tmara@yahoo.com.
